Features:
- Supports up to 48 Fibre Channel ports, with 24 ports active by default. Additional ports can be activated through Ports On Demand (PoD) licenses, allowing scalability as network requirements grow
- Each port supports auto-sensing speeds of 2, 4, 8, 10, or 16 Gbps, providing flexibility for various network demands and ensuring compatibility with a range of devices
- Features such as in-flight encryption and compression, Forward Error Correction (FEC), and support for virtualized environments enhance data security, integrity, and performance.
- Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the switch consumes approximately 0.14 watts per Gbps and 2.3 watts per port, resulting in a maximum power consumption of around 110.4 watts when all 48 ports are in use.
